Filling out this form does not garantee admission to the 43^rd Annual Design Excellence Awards Ceremony. Additionally, you must also pay the invoice that will be sent from QuickBooks, which will be sent out by end of day or the next business day. In the case of Thursdays, you will receive an invoice on the following Monday as the office is not open on Fridays or weekends. Space is very limited and this is first comes first served. Invoices must be paid within 2 business days of receiving the invoice. The cut off date for ticket sales is May 10^th.
