Description
Join us for a tour of The General Muir, voted the best new restaurant by Bon Appetit, GQ, and Creative Loafing. This restaurant has been featured in both Atlanta Magazine and Eater Atlanta as the restaurant of the year. The General Muir has been recommended by 2023 Michelin Atlanta. The interior of The General Muir was designed by Square Feet Studio, founded in 2001 by John and Vivian Bencich in Atlanta. The studio's mission is to connect creative design strategies with everyday life in order to empower their clients. They use a design logic that is accessible and impactful, to help strengthen and better our world for future generations. Emily Mastropiero from Square Feet Studio will take us through the design process and principles of how this space was created to reflect the history of The General Muir. We will enjoy wine, beer, and selections from the menu, which focuses on fresh ingredients and simple preparation. This restaurant celebrates a loving tribute to the New York Jewish Deli.
